With over thirty years in this industry, Terry has focused on bringing an “added value” and a “personalized” approach to his business owner clients.   He has formed strategic alliances with other experts in their fields and together they bring the “team approach” to each file and to helping business owners manage their risk, minimize their tax exposure and reduce their costs.

A Bachelor’s of Arts graduate from McGill University, Terry began his career as an advisor with London Life.  In 2003, he branched out independently with Patrick Donvito.  In 2012, they partnered with Paul Gagne to form the firm of Donvito O’Neill Gagne & Associates Inc.  With each first-hand business evolution step, Terry gained valuable insight into the issues facing business owners, partnerships, family business dynamics and the strategies used to help them solve these challenges.

Terry is a registered advisor with the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA), Advocis and is a member of CALU. He has also been an active member of C3 Advisory Group – a national network of professional advisors for the past 13 years.

Terry is actively involved in the community as past chair of the BOHA charity hockey tournament and as President of the league and as an ongoing participant, as a volunteer with various groups and as a coach for his kids’ soccer and hockey teams.

He is a strong believer in lifelong learning and the importance of giving back to ensure that our community thrives.

He is passionate about his family, hockey, golf and experiencing the world.

A Bachelor’s of Arts graduate from Concordia University, Paul began his career as an advisor with London Life. In 2004, he branched out independently with two advisors to form Edgell, Gagne and Wheeler. In 2012, he partnered with Pat Donvito and Terry O’Neill to form the firm of Donvito O’Neill Gagne & Associates Inc. With each stepping stone, Paul gained valuable insight into the issues facing business owners and the strategies used to help them solve these issues.

Paul is a registered member of the Autorité des marches financiers (AMF) and the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA). He obtained his Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation in 2018 and is a member of the International Order.

Paul has sat as President of the Board of Amcal Family Services for four years and is now a sitting member of its Board. He believes in giving back to the community.

Paul enjoys many sports and lately his passions are golf and travel.

With over 40 years of industry experience, Larry’s commitment to his profession is transcended only by his commitment to his clients. Specializing in Wealth Management his aim is to thoroughly understand his clients’ financial needs and then set forth a plan to actualize them.

An economics graduate from Concordia University, Larry began his career in sales at London Life. After 7 years he went on to work for Royal Trust as their head of Estate Planning. In 1990 Larry took a position with Transamerica Life directing their Montreal sales operations and finally became an independent financial advisor in 2001. With each position, Larry gained invaluable insight into wealth management.

Larry sat as the citizen’s representative on the pension committee for the town of Kirkland from 2014 to 2019. His clients span throughout Quebec and Ontario as well as many US states. Jason joined Donvito O’Neill Gagné & Associates in January 2015. He has over 20 years experience in the financial services industry and works closely with his clients to help them develop and grow their financial security plans.
